At Oceanside Apothecary, each botanical blend is thoughtfully crafted with care, intention, and attention to quality. Due to the nature of our plant-based products, we are unable to accept returns on any items that have been opened or used.
Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original condition within 14 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details so we can assist you.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality assurance, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on:
- Opened or used products
- Items not in their original condition
- Products returned after the 14-day window
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will make it right as quickly as possible.
